At Sundance Ski Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags attached and include the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to provide your order number and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your gear and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our main shop location.

Process and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
